In addition to our main catch, Rawanq vessels bring in a variety of valuable bycatch. These species are carefully handled and processed to ensure quality and reduce waste, supplying extra high-quality seafood to global markets.
Common bycatch includes African pompano, barracuda, bluefish, bonito, caranx, catfish, dentex, frigate tuna, grouper, Indian scad, longtail tuna, mullet, pagellus, ribbonfish, sardines, seabream, shrimp scad, soldierbream, Spanish mackerel, squid, and trevally.
